Ordinary SAHM

Being mom is tough. Working mom or SAHM. It’s all hard.

I just wish when they asked us where would we like to be in 5-10 years after school, I wouldn’t have been worried about having to go to college or becoming a women that had to be in a “boss” career. I wish there was someone that would have told me that being a wife, mother & homemaker could be just as big of a dream. That just because I’m not exceeding in a career that I’m not a independent women. That finding the partner that becomes one with you & relying on a GOOD man isn’t bad. Young ladies need to be told they are worth more than their education & career. (Who live that independent lifestyle & have “fun”& “don’t need no man”) That’s not saying those can’t be important but I just wish people would teach that BOTH are equally important. The world is truly gone all wrong, so why not change how society looks & start at home making a change. That’s what we mean when we say SAHM have it hard. It isn’t the comments, it’s our own brain saying “well I’m not what society wants & im not exceeding in life”

BUT WE ARE. & if anything we are more proud bc of the scarifies we make to become homemakers & keep our sanity. I just wanted to say my boys make me proud everyday that I made the sacrifices I have made. Plan to become the best me for them! 💕
